Copenhagen Runners High promises adrenaline rush and bird’s eye view

21/08/2018

Join the Copenhagen Runners High in Nordhavn on 30 September for a bird’s eye view of one of the fastest developing neighbourhoods in Copenhagen. Experience the raw, urban “exercise roof” Konditaget Lüders with a high pulse and an adrenaline rush as you run to the top.

The route is two times 3.5km with two intense stair climbs of the 24m high multi-story carpark Lüders. Once you’ve finished climbing the 136 steps to the top, you will reach the 2400m2 roof overlooking Øresund, Trekroner Fort, Refshaleøen and the Malmö coastline in southern Sweden.

On the ground, the run will weave through the historical streets of the Nordhavn harbour, past the old buildings from when the harbour was established in the 19th century.

Other sites along the route include:

  • The Silo
  • Frihavns Tower
  • Sandkaj
  • Portland Towers
  • Copenhagen International School

There is a maximum of 300 participants, so get in quick to secure your start number.
